EULAC_6820 Museu do Trabalho Rural "Espa\u00e7o dedicado \u00e0s tradi\u00e7\u00f5es e \u00e0 cultura, identificando as diversas viv\u00eancias da comunidade, este primeiro P\u00f3lo Museol\u00f3gico do Museu Municipal de Santiago do Cac\u00e9m foi criado, para servir em primeiro lugar a comunidade, tentando levar a sua popula\u00e7\u00e3o a tomar consci\u00eancia dos seus valores culturais, de modo a compreender que s\u00e3o simultaneamente \u201cproduto de uma identidade cultural e utentes do seu patrim\u00f3nio cultural coletivo\u201d. O Museu aborda a mem\u00f3ria de uma sociedade que, nas \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, se transformou profundamente, bem como a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de perten\u00e7a de uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o com o seu territ\u00f3rio, contribuindo para uma nova consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito da preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos naturais, patrimoniais e ambientais e para a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens culturais, materiais e imateriais, bem como a sua frui\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dessa mesma popula\u00e7\u00e3o.\r\n\r\nA space dedicated to traditions and culture, identifying the diverse experiences of the community, this first Museological Pole of the Municipal Museum of Santiago do Cac\u00e9m was created to serve the community first, trying to get its population to become aware of their cultural values, in order to understand that they are simultaneously "the product of a cultural identity and users of their collective cultural heritage". The Museum focuses on the memory of a society that, in the last decades, has undergone profound transformation, as well as the relation of belonging of a population with its territory, contributing to a new awareness in the scope of preservation and valorization of natural, patrimonial and environmental resources and for the protection of cultural, material and immaterial goods, as well as their enjoyment by the same population."
