A nossa finalidade \u00e9 constituir um Centro de Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o que promova uma abertura do Museu \u00e0 comunidade de forma a melhorar o conhecimento sobre o territ\u00f3rio e a contribuir para o maior refor\u00e7o da identidade local.\r\n\r\nThe museum privileges the preservation in situ of collections and buildings, the incorporation of ethnographic and workshop spools that reflect the local culture, and the integration in the Museum, as a deposit, donation or donation, of other collections or objects significant to the local memory Since 2003, the museum has created the Archives of Oral Sources (AFO), which aims to highlight the memories of the people of the county as sources for the construction of Local History, through interviews with certain socio-professional groups and the anonymous people.
