Roman Bowl - Tigela

Complete common ware bowl, produced in the roman pottery workshop of Quinta do Rouxinol (Seixal) (3rd century)for the consumption of food at the table. The rim is turned-outwards and rounded. The wall is S shaped with a carination slightly at half height and the base is flat. The object is slightly deformed.

Tigela completa de cerâmica comum, produzida na olaria romana da Quinta do Rouxinol (Seixal)(século III), para consumo de alimentos à mesa. O bordo voltado para o exterior e boleado. A parede é contracurvada com uma carena pouco pronunciada a meia altura. O fundo plano destacado. O objecto encontra-se ligeiramente deformado.
