Title
Letter from Walter Tull from the Front
            Description
The letter from the Front is dated 10th August 1917, and was sent to his brother Edward Tull-Warnock. The Mark note and the Ammunition box top were included in the letter, and were picked up during Walter's foray into No-Man's-Land, as described in the letter. The title of Phil Vasili's biography of Walter, All the guns in France couldn't wake me, comes from a section in the letter where Walter is describing just how exhausted he is, after his days at the Front.
